We have two accomplished jewellers working at our showroom and workshop, each with over 20 years of experience.

When you visit us to discuss having a piece of jewellery made, you will be speaking to the person who will actually hand craft it for you. This has many advantages, including a consistency and understanding that ensures nothing is lost in translation.

Your dedicated craftsman will take time to talk to you, getting to know your personality and offering as much or as little input as you need to come up with a design that is personal for you.

Our experience and personalised service means we know the right questions to ask to ensure your ring, bangle, pendant or other item is perfect for you, whether you are designing an engagement ring as a surprise or creating exclusive wedding rings as a couple.

Once you have enjoyed your dedicated design service and approved the blueprint, we will get to work on your exclusive piece of jewellery before calling you back for a final fitting.

Designing your own jewellery or wedding rings is not as expensive as you might think. However, we realise how costly weddings can be, which is why we offer a convenient weekly payment service at James Jewellery. You are also welcome to trade your old jewellery to help offset the price of your new piece.
